Farley Center is innovative training ground for farming

A unique Madison-area farm incubator program run by Nelson Institute alumna Janet Parker (M.S.'02) is profiled in an article in today's (May 27) Wisconsin State Journal. Funded in part by a grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture to provide business skills to "socially disadvantaged farmers," the incubator is housed at the Linda and Gene Farley Center for Peace, Justice and Sustainability, near Verona.
