The 1998 Water Resources Management Workshop collected a variety of information about 57 coastal wetlands in Manitowoc County. This information was combined with a Geographic Information Systems designed to help the project participants analyze the data. Maps based on the information collected using the inventory and assessment form were created using ArcView 3.0 GIS software from ESRI, Inc. The maps are available in 2 formats. The large scale (detailed) maps are available in JPEG format. Users with graphics cards and high-resolution monitors may wish to download the large scale JPEGs which contain 16 million colors. The small scale (printable) JPEGs contain 16 million colors, but are smaller in size and less detailed.
