Biography: Eagan conceives, plans, conducts and evaluates adult professional education programs on industrial/municipal environmental engineering/management, and related environmental/water resources issues. His research interests lie in tool development and exploring frameworks that can move public and private institutions toward sustainable development. He was involved early on in industrial ecology. His focus includes education, environmental risk management and linking business and environmental decision-making. Eagan is actively involved internationally in the development and tailoring of ecodesign tools and education, including environmental conference co-chairs in the US, Berlin and Tokyo. He has worked with many companies tailoring educational programs.
