Biography: UW BA in history. Law and economics degrees from Yale. Served in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Dept. of Justice for 5 years prior to joining UW Law School faculty. Has testified before various congressional committees on competition policy issues. Has served as a legal and economic consultant as well as expert witness in litigation involving competition issues.
