Biography: After a Ph.D. in dairy nutrition, Michel worked fo 10 years in international dairy extension, authoring technical book that have been translated in 8 different languages to date. As a associate professor in the Department of Dairy Science, Michel teaches 6 courses over the academic year and has an active research on how nutrition can mitigate the environmental impact of dairy farming (in the U.S. and in other countries).
