Lim awarded scholarship for tiger conservation research
Anya Lim, a Ph.D. candidate in the Nelson Institute Environment and Resources program, has been awarded a fellowship from the Kaplan Graduate Awards Program in support of her research mitigating human-carnivore conflict in the Nam-Et Phou Louey National Protected Area in Laos.

Peter McIntyre, an assistant professor of zoology and environmental studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, has won an $850,000, five-year Packard Fellowship for Science and Engineering from the David and Lucile Packard Foundation.
