The Nelson Institute sponsors three events calendars, each with its own scope and intended audience. Users have the option of listing
events on multiple calendars when the event meets specified criteria. These calendars are separate from the UW-Madison events calendar and
are specific to environmentally related events.
- Environmental Events at UW-Madison is a calendar of events that take place on the UW-Madison campus, are
environmentally relevant, and are open to the public. Exceptions are made for events sponsored by a UW-Madison department/organization that
are held in close proximity to the campus. view calendar
- EarthdayAction.org Events functions as a clearinghouse for events and activities in Wisconsin related to Earth
Day. The present focus of this site and its listings is Dane County in south central Wisconsin and other locations statewide.
While Earth Day is a single day in April, we ascribe to the idea that Earth Day should be every day and include listings for events in the
spirit of Earth Day throughout the year. If you have an event that is an earth day-related event that is also a UW-sponsored event, please
submit your event through Environmental Events at UW-Madison. view calendar
- Nelson Institute Calendar serves faculty, staff and students of the Nelson Institute. Listings on this calendar
may include committee meetings, student presentations such as exit seminars, social activities, etc. This calendar and the
blog are a great way to keep abreast of all the happenings in the Institute. view calendar
