Sebesta Blomberg provides engineering, construction support, commissioning, facility support, energy management, environmental, LEED certification, central plant and renewable energy services to private and public sector markets.
Job Responsibilities:
Using prescribed methods, performs specific and daily assignments of a beginning engineer/scientist. Applies standard practices and techniques in situations, adjusts and gathers data, and follows operations through a series of related steps or processes. Complete set-up and implementation of LEED Online Assist with development and improvement of LEED templates and tools Contribute to white papers reviewing new regulations or market developments, as directed Actively participate in implementing Sebesta's Corporate Sustainability Plan Ability to work on several concurrent projects Maintain project documents in an orderly fashion Participate in technical and professional societies Ability to work independently and as part of a team Perform other duties as necessary and assigned
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years professional experience including previous LEED Project experience
- Bachelor's Degree within an engineering discipline or closely related discipline in the AEC industry or commensurate in experience
- Completion of the EIT exam is preferred
- Pursuit of LEED Green Associate accreditation
- Energy Modeling Experience in eQuest and/or Trane Trace preferred
